Excavation Part
The working arm adopts the national standard GB/T700-Q235B material, the material thickness is 8-30mm, the tensile strength is 235-345MPa.
The front plate of the bucket tooth adopts imported wear-resistant plate, and the bucket tooth adopts special forging material for excavator, which has good interchangeability.
The new gantry is a connection method that combines the upper and lower plates of the gantry and the shaft sleeve. The revolving seat is made of thickened steel plate, which is more stable. In addition,
a new gantry frame and a bottom bracket protective sleeve are used to avoid wear of the bottom bracket.
The hydraulic gear pump use a high-pressure resistant spline oil pump, which has a large torque force and a large force area of the main shaft. It is not easy to break and has a long service life.
The hydraulic cylinder and cylinder rod are integrated forging. Each joint adopts wear-resistant self-lubricating bushing, which has better wear resistance.
One control lever for multiple uses, easy to operate, precise control, and good stability
Radiator ,new type intercooled finned fan heater with large heat dissipation area and fast heat dissipation. The temperature of the hydraulic oil can be controlled by the heat dissipation fan to avoid insufficient power due to excessive temperature.

Conveying part
The first three rows of the support frame of the tugboat are improved from the original 50 angle steel to the current thick-walled square tube. The conveyor frame has 13 rows, 2-3 rows more than the other factory. It has effectively improve the stability of conveying on the belt tug, thereby prolonging the service life of the belt.
Using 160mm national standard channel steel lining and 16mm thick steel plate, double reinforcement, strong bearing strength, no deformation, and more solid.
Transmission part- Scraper
The conveying body is made of double-layer thick wear-resistant steel plate, which is welded and formed at one time. Conveyor chain adopts thick chain and high scraper.
The transmission motor uses a large torsion motor, which has strong high pressure resistance and extremely low failure rate. The pressure resistance performance is at least twice as high as that of Steel ball motor, which is greatly reduce the frequency of conveying jams caused by motor withstand voltage problems.
The scraper chain adopts double chains to increase the transportation capacity of materials. The chain adopts a chain with a pitch of 50.8mm, which has a tensile l oad of 277KN; the chain plate adopts 40Mn, the pin adopts 20Cr, and the roller adopts GCr15. Therefore, the life of the chain is longer than that of the belt.
Transmission Part- Belt
Six level Wear-resistant flame-retardant belt, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance
Thicken and strengthen electric roller and end cover. The motor gear is modulated, so it is not easy to burn, and there will be no tooth cracking.
A hydraulic roller can be selected. The hydraulic roller is powered by hydraulic pressure. The advantage of the hydraulic roller is that it is not affected by voltage. When the voltage is unstable, the electric roller is likely to burn the motor due to lack of power and voltage instability. The hydraulic roller will not, if the mine voltage is unstable, you can choose the hydraulic roller.

Walking system 1
The front axle adopts double ten-byte half axles, and the tires are wear-resistant rubber (or solid) tires. The input end is equipped with a buffer device.
Adopt double-axle fixation, the bearing area of the axle is increased, the chassis is not easy to be cracked, welded and deformed, the intermediate suspension, the stability of the whole vehicle is better
Walking system 2
The transmission shaft adopts a forged integrated transmission shaft, which is wear-resistant and impact-resistant Heavy-duty gearbox, with thicker casing, stronger gears, larger occlusal surfaces, strong bearing capacity of gears, and less fragile teeth. High and low speed gears, high speed gears travel long distances, and low speed gears have more power to push slag.
Cold rolled oil tank without welding seam, no welding, no rust, large volume.
Electrical Part
The motor adopts a wide spline type. The advantage of the spline motor is that the rotor spline has a large stress surface, strong bearing capacity, and good guidance. The wide motor can reduce the damage to the motor because of the instability of the mine voltage.
Distribution box use national inspection-free electrical appliances national standard copper core wire, additional thermal protection system, higher safety performance.
