What are the requirements for the use environment of the mining electric locomotive charger?
As battery mining electric locomotives are more and more used in mines, their important supporting facilities, chargers, also occupy a place in mines. We know that equipment and working environment have mutual requirements. For example, explosion-proof electric locomotives should be selected in working environments with explosion hazards such as gas. So what are the requirements for the working environment of the charger of the mining electric locomotive?
First of all, the altitude should not be too high, preferably below 1000m, and the highest should not exceed 2000m.
Secondly, the ambient temperature should be between -10°C and 40°C. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%, and the temperature should be around 20°C.
Then the working environment should be clean, dry and ventilated. There should be no conductive dust and corrosive gas, etc., and it should also be protected from wind and rain. The slope of the ground does not exceed 5°, and it cannot be subjected to severe impact. There should be enough space around the charger to allow it to dissipate heat.
Finally, confirm that the voltage of the grid matches the working voltage of the charger, and the model matches the battery.
