Excavation Part

Conveying part

The first three rows of the support frame of the tugboat are improved from the original 50 angle steel to the current thick-walled square tube. Transmission part- Scraper

The conveying body is made of double-layer thick wear-resistant steel plate, which is welded and formed at one time. Conveyor chain adopts thick chain and high scraper.

The pressure resistance performance is at least twice as high as that of Steel ball motor, which is greatly reduce the frequency of conveying jams caused by motor withstand voltage problems.

The scraper chain adopts double chains to increase the transportation capacity of materials. The chain adopts a chain with a pitch of 50.8mm, which has a tensile l oad of 277KN; the chain plate adopts 40Mn, the pin adopts 20Cr, and the roller adopts GCr15. Therefore, the life of the chain is longer than that of the belt.
