1.Before using the mine car, carefully check the appearance for any serious bumps and damage, and the wheels should rotate flexibly without jamming.

2.In the case that the user abides by the rules for the use of mine car, within six months from the date of delivery, if it is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge.

3.When replacing the bearing, the opening of the bearing cage must be opened outwards. After the bearing is installed in the wheel, proper clearance must be maintained and not crushed.

4.The normal service life of the mine car is more than 7500h and generally does not need maintenance. However, according to the place of use and the size of the load, the corresponding maintenance date should be established, and the oil filling and maintenance should be cleaned in time, and the wheel sets with abnormal noise and non-rotating should be replaced in time.

5.The seals should use original parts. Matters needing attention during operation:

a. Operate strictly in accordance with the operating procedures.

b. Overload operation is not allowed.

c. During the working process of the mine cart, the mine cart shall not be cleaned manually.
