working principle

The bucket-tipping mining wagon is tract by a locomotive or winch and running on the coal mine ground and underground tunnel narrow gauge railway, so as to compete the transportation of materials.

Carriage: It is composed of welding of box body plate, end plate, angle steel, strip steel, etc. The mechanical and physical properties of the material are not lower than Q235-A steel. Its technical conditions meet the requirements of “JB/T6992-1993”.

1.The steel plate and section steel of the carriage should be straight before riveting, and the flatness of the finished surface of the carriage should not exceed 3‰ (less than 1000mm is calculated as 1000mm), but the maximum should not exceed 6mm.

2.The difference between the two diagonals of the carriage opening shall not be greater than 6mm.

The turning rails at both ends should be installed symmetrically on the longitudinal center plane of the carriage, with a symmetry tolerance of 4mm, and the dimensional deviation of the upper and lower positions shall not exceed 2mm.
