What is a Cone Crusher?
Cone crusher is a crushing machine suitable for raw materials in metallurgy, construction, road construction, chemical and silicate industries. According to different crushing principles and product particle sizes, it is divided into many models. Crusher is widely used in many departments such as mining, smelting, building materials, roads, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries. The cone crusher has a large crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption, uniform particle size, and is suitable for medium and fine crushing of various ores and rocks.

When the cone crusher is working, the motor rotates through the belt pulley or coupling, the drive shaft of the cone crusher and the cone part of the cone crusher are forced by the eccentric sleeve to perform a swinging motion around a fixed point;
As a result, the cone crushing wall sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the surface of the mortar wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve, so that the ore is continuously impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing chamber to realize the crushing of the ore.
