What are the maintenance points of the muck loader?

1. Before use, the user must add hydraulic oil to more than four-fifths of the oil tank.

2. Apply butter to the nozzles of each active part twice a day until the butter overflows from the gaps in the active parts.

3. Check whether the nut under the steering shaft is loose every day. Once it is loose, the steering bearing will be damaged.

4. Clean the hydraulic oil filter every month and check whether the filter screen is in good condition. If it is damaged, replace it immediately, otherwise it will accelerate the damage to the life of the hydraulic system.

5. If it is found that the amount of oil in and out of the hydraulic cylinder is abnormal during operation. If there is gas in the cylinder, push and pull the control handle of the cylinder repeatedly until the gas is removed.

6. If the hydraulic pressure of the excavator is found to be weak and the movement is slow. Check whether the oil pump, oil pipe, filter and radiator are normal. If there is any problem, it will be solved immediately.

7. The hydraulic pipe is too noisy. It may be that the oil pump or related is broken, or the hydraulic oil needs to be added.
