what’s a mining electric rake winch :Mining rake winches (hereinafter referred to as winches) are mainly used for ore loading, unloading and filling in metal mines and other pits or open-pit mines. They are used for tilting on slopes that are level or whose inclination angle does not exceed 44°.

Application & Type:

This rake mine winch shall be suitable for use in the following specified physical environment and operating conditions.

1.When the explosion-proof winch is working, the gas and coal dust in the surrounding air should not exceed the concentration specified in the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.

2.Non-explosion-proof winches should not be used in places with flammable and explosive gases such as gas and coal dust.

3.The winch should be installed in an environment where the air temperature is 0℃-40℃, the relative humidity is not more than 85% (when the ambient temperature is 20℃±5℃), the altitude does not exceed 1000m in the engine room, and it should be able to prevent the liquid from dipping into the interior of the appliance, no violent vibration, bumps, and no corrosive gas.

4.When the altitude exceeds 1000m, the air cooling effect and the decrease in dielectric strength need to be taken into account, and the electrical equipment selected should be designed or used according to the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.
